Thank you pages are an underutilized place to get more from your customers.
Think about it. A customer who has made it to your thank you page is a ‘hot’ prospect. They have just completed an intended conversion goal, such as a download or purchase, and have invested in you and your brand. At this point the customer is already looking at you in a favorable way and is open to hearing more about what you have to say.
Don’t end the conversation by putting up a typical boring message, “Thanks for signing up! Stay tuned for…,” that will have them leave. Take this moment to engage with them even more.
