How we communicate with you…

We communicate your benefits and any new offers, perks and promotions by email to the email address you provided when you joined your membership.  If you are not receiving our emails, please check your spam filters.  We use the following email addresses to communicate with you depending on your needs and requests.  Please whitelist the following email addresses to ensure you receive our communications.

How often we communicate with you…

Monthly:  The SOHO Report for Members will be sent to you monthly with an update of the most current member benefits and programs.

Ad-Hoc:  When we have any special or last minute offers, we will notify you right away!

Account Status:  We may periodically reach out to you regarding your membership account, if needed.

Requests:  We will connect with you if you have made a request for information from either us or our partners.  At times, a partner may contact you directly if you have agreed when making the request.  We do not share your contact info with any 3rd party without your permission.
